.* Ocv We have revi~wed your submi'ttal, dated May*9, 1994, which included proposed changes to the Palisades Plant's EmergencyActiOn Lev~ls (EALs) and a document" detailing the bases for the p~oposed changes.
We.have determined that the pro~osed EAL changes are acceptable and would hot decrease the effectiveness of your emefgency planning~ We understand that Your.staff will ensure that appropriate offsite officials are informed of these EAL revisions prior to implementation in accordance with IO CFR 50, Appendix E, Paragraph IV.B.
