Rogers Plant Safety and Licensing Director DOCKET 50-255 - LICENSE DPR PALISADES PLANT - NOTIFICATION OF SUBMITTAL OF REQUEST FOR RENEWAL OF THE NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM (NPDES) PERMIT The Palisades Environmental Protection Plan, Section 3.2, requires that the licensee provide the NRC with a copy of the application for renewal of the NPDES permit at the same time the application is submitted to the permitting agency.
Attached is the application for renewal of the NPDES permit for the Palisades Plant.
