Rogers Plant Safety and Licensing Director DOCKET 50-255 - LICENSE DPR PALISADES PLANT - ORGANIZATION CHANGE Effective January 18, 1994, Michael G. Morris, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer was elected to replace Frederick W. Buckman as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Consumers Power Company.
Mr. Morris continues as the Chief Operating Officer. Also effective January 31, 1994, David W. Joos was elected Senior Vice President - Nuclear, Rates, and Marketing.
David P. Hoffman, Vice President - Nuclear Operations, reports to Mr. Joos who reports directly to Mr. Morris.
