REVIEW OF REVISIONS TO PALISADES SITE EMERGENCY.PLAN In August and September 1991, we received ~inor re~isions to Sections 7* and 8 of the Site Emergency Plan. Other submittals indicated that Appendices A and C of the plan were not.being revised following a periodic review by your staff.
We have reviewed these submittals and have determined that they are accepdble and do not degrad~ the effectiveness of yotir emergency planning.* Sec~ion* 7
- was revised to indicate that th~ Mechanical Maintenance Shop was* an alternate lotation for the Operational Support Center. Sectiori 8 included ~pdated references to the corporate administtative proc~dtires related tb control of the onsite meteorological monitoring program and the dose assessment software used by your emergency responders...
