1993 PALISADES EMERGENCY EXERCISE SCENARIO David W. Rogers Plant Safety and Licensing Director.
This letter* provides notice that the scenario for the Palisades Plant emergency exercise has been developed and is being transmitted to the NRC Chief, Emergency Preparedness Section, Region Ill, for review and comment.
Comments on the scenario should be made to the individual listed below by September 27, 1993 to allow time for scenario modifications to be made and distribution to evaluators; *Revised and complete ~cenario packages will be provided to NRC evaluators.during the exercise entrance meeting.
To maintain scenario confidentiality from th~ emergency exercise participants, the final scenario used in the exercise will be docketed after completfon of the exercise.
