Department of Energy Accredited Classified Networks (dated December 2, 2013); Incoming Correspondence IN-13-00107-NRC In accordance with Reference 1, Louisiana Energy Services (LES), dba URENCO USA (UUSA), requests NRC review and concurrence with UUSA's use of a wireless device as specified in Enclosure 1. Enclosure 1 provides the background and basis for use of the wireless device. contains Personal Identifiable Information and disclosure to the public would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy. UUSA requests that the enclosure be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(a)(6). affidavit supports this withholding request.
