JUL.3 L 1993 This letter confirms*our plans as discussed between Mr. E. Schweibinz of this office and Mr. D. Rogers of your staff to hold a meeting at 1 p.m. (CDT) on Tuesday, August 10, 1993, at the NRC Region III office, 799 Roosevelt Road, Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
This meeting is an Enforcement Conference to discuss the apparent violations pertaining to failure to follow procedures or to establish adequate procedures for disconnecting control rods from their drive mechanisms.
At the Enforcement Conference you should be prepared to address the issues.identified in Inspection Report No. 50-255/93016.
