As I committed in our June 11 telephone conversation regarding the Palisades Pressurized Thermal Shock (PTS) issue, I have enclosed the relevant PTS related correspondence between Consumers Power Company (CPCo) and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for the period December 1991 to the present.
Due to the large amount of paper, I did not have my staff reproduce all correspondence and in some cases the enclosures to selected correspondence.
All correspondence between NRC and CPCo can be retrieved through the-Local Public Document Room located at:
