Request: Deletion of EPIDs Date: Tuesday, February 27, 2018 1:55:00 PM Attachments: image001.png Sarah/Julie, As discussed, I request the deletion of the following two EPIDs:
- L-2017-LLO-0003 Orders - Nexus to NRC SNM Order - Waste Control Specialists
- L-2017-LLO-0004 Orders - Nexus to NRC SNM Order - EnergySolutions The reasons for the deletion of the two EPIDs are because:
- The NRC has never charged to those two EPIDs, which should have been fee-billable
- There was never any past NRC review associated with either of those two EPIDs
- There is no current NRC review associated with either of those two EPIDs
- The two EPIDs refer only to a site, not to an NRC review, so there can never be a future NRC review associated with either of those two EPIDs
