DOCKET 50-255 - LICENSE DPR PALISADES PLANT - 1992 STEAM GENERATOR INSERVICE INSPECTION REPORT In accordance with Palisades Technical Specification 4.14.6b, the enclosed 1992 Steam Generator Inservice Inspection Report is submitted.
The inspection was* performed during the period of February 19, 1992 through March 8, 1992.
The steam generators currently inservice at Palisades are the replacement units installed during the 1990 refueling outage. This was the first inservice inspection performed on the replacement units.
Approximately 20% of the tubes in each steam generator were tested.
None of the tubes tested exhibited through wall indications equal to or greater than the plugging criteria of 40%.
Therefore, no tubes were plugged in either steam generator.
