PM Donnelly Sq/ety and Licensing Director NOTIFICATION OF REASSIGNMENT OF LICENSED OPERATOR - 10 CFR 50.74 This letter is to notify you that the holder of License Number OP-30487, Docket Number 55-30519 has been permanently re-assigned from the position for which Consumers Power Company has certified the need for a licensed operator under 10 CFR 55.3l(a)(3). The license holder will no longer require an NRC license in his new position. The notification is being made in accordance with 10 CFR 50.74(a).
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.74(a), notification of re-assignment is required to be made within 30 days of the permanent re-assignment.
Following a discussion with the Region III staff, which identified that a discrepancy existed in our records, a check of our docketed correspondence indicates that the notification was not made as required.
The license holder was re-assigned in January 1990 and did not perform any license duties after January 1, 1990.
By letter dated February 21, 1992, we informed the NRC of a similar event in which the required notification (in accordance with 10 CFR 50.74) was not made within 30 days.

We believe the

In addition, we have compared our entire list of licensed operators wi~~list and have found no other discrepancies.
