REVIEW OF REVISIONS TO PALISADES SITE EMERGENCY PLAN o--o.
During October 1992, we received revisions to Sections 4 and 7 of the Site Emergency Plan. Other submittals indicated that Section 9 and Appendices A, C and D of the plan were not being revised following their pefiodic review by your staff.
We have reviewed the revisions to Sections 4 and 7 and have determined that they ar~ acceptable and that they do*not deg~ade the effectiveness of y~ur.
emergency planning. Section 4 included several clarifications and other refinements to the emergency action levels utilized to classify events.
Section 7 included updated information on the locations of som~ emergency communications equipment..
