LES-17-00101-NRC, Response to NRC Request for Additional Information Associated with License Amendment Request 16-06, Change to Classification of Administrative Control IROFS and Quality Level Requirements Louisiana Energy Services (LES), dba URENCO USA (UUSA), submitted for NRC review and approval Reference 1 License Amendment Request (LAR 16-06). Pursuant to its review of the License Amendment Request the NRG issued the Reference 2 Request for Additional Information in which UUSA responded with Reference 3.
After further discussions with the NRC, UUSA considers it necessary to withdraw LAR 16-06 and develop a new LAR for submittal to the NRC for the Change to Classification of Administrative Control lROFS and Quality Level Requirements.
UUSA appreciates the efforts of the NRC staff in supporting the review of this activity.
