SUMMARY
PER 10 CFR 70.72(d) for SNM-2019 The requirements in 10CFR 70.72(d)(3), call for licensees to submit to NRC annually, revised lnt,egrated Safety Analysis (ISA) Summary pages. The purpose of this letter is to inform the NHC that GE Hitachi Global Laser Enrichment, LLC (GLE) has nOt made changes to the ISA Summary since the initial licensing for the GLE Commercial Facility license SNM-2019 (R13ference 1) was issued on September 25, 2012. The Commercial Facility license SNM-2019 is being held in abeyance, until such time as GE plans on building said facility. Any changes ne,eded to keep the License current with the regulations will be reviewed and updated as appropriate prior to construction.
