.we have received your letter dated May 27, 1992,-which transmitted the proposed_ scope of participation and objectives for.the Palisades Plant's emergency preparedness exercise scheduled for September 1, 1992.
After receiving several clarifications on the proposed objectives from Ms. M. H. Mitchell of your staff, we have determined that the proposed scope and objectives are acceptable.
