Palisades Technical Specification 4.14.6a requires that within fifteen days following the completion of the inservice inspection of steam generator tubes, the number of tubes plugged in each steam generator shall be reported to the NRC.
On March 20, 1992 the inservice inspection of the Palisades steam generators was completed. Approximately 20% of the tubes in each steam generator were tested.
None of the tubes tested exhibited through wall indications equal to or greater than the plugging criteria of 40%.
Therefore, no tubes were plugged in either steam generator.
