L~ Bywater and D. G. Passehl of this office on
January 28through March 9, 1992.
The inspection included a review of
authorized activities for your Palisades Nuclear Generating Plant facility.*
At the conclusion of the inspection, the findi.ngswere discussed with those
members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
The enciosed copy of our inspection report identifies areas examined during
- .the inspection. Within these areas, the i~spection consisted of a
selective examination of procedures and representative records, observations,
and interviews with personnel.

No violations of NRC requirements were identified during the course of this
inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of
