NOTIFICATION OF REASSIGNMENT OF LICENSED OPERATOR GB Slade General Manager This letter is to notify you that the holder of Licensee Number SOP-30872, Docket Nµmber 55-31393 has been permanently reassigned from the position for which Consumers Power Company has certified the need for a licensed operator under 10CFR55.3l(a)(3).
The license holder will no longer requ~re an NRC license in his new position.
In accordarice with 10CFR50.74(a), notification of reassignment is requi~ed to be made within 30 days of the permanent reassignment.
Following a discussion with Region III staff~ which identified that a discrep~ncy existed in our records, a check of our docketed correspondence indicates that the notification was not made as required.
The license holder was reassigned in July 1989 and did not perform any license duties. after January l, 1990.
We have initiated corrective action to evaluate the cause for the notification not being made within the required time.
At the request of Mr. Thomas Burdick of the Region III staff, the results of our evaluation will be provided at a later date.
