Dear Mr. Slade:
This is to acknowledge receipt of changes to Revision 10 of the Palisades Nuclear Power Plant Emergency Plan via letter dated June 15, 1991.
Changes to this section fo the Emergency Plan involved minor revisions to reflect position changes in Section 5, 110rganizational Control of Emergencies".
We have reviewed the changes to the Palisades Nuclear Power Plant Emergency Plan and determined that they are consistent with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(q) and do not decrease the effectiveness of the emergency plan. These changes are, therefore, acceptable.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the.Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC 1s Public Document Room.
