Dear Mr. Slade:
DEC 1 1 1991 This is to acknowledge receipt of changes to Revision 6 of the Palisades Nuclear Power Plant Emergency Plan via letter dated June 15, 1991.
Changes to Revision 6 addressed position and title changes in Section 5, "Organizational Control of Emergencies" resulting from a recent reorganization of plant management positions.
We have reviewed the changes to the Palisades Nuclear Power Plant Emergency Plan and determined that they are consistent with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(q) and do not decrease the effectiveness of the emergency plan.
These changes are, therefore, acceptable.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
