Vfl-17 This refers to the telephone conversation between Mr. P. M. Donnelly of your staff and Mr. E. R. Schweibinz of this office on September 26, 1991, regarding arrangements for an enforcement conference between members of our respective organizations.
This me:e:tir1g is sche:duled for Wednesday, October 9, 1991, 10:00 a.m. (CDT), at the NRC Region III office at 799 Roosevelt Road, Building 4, Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the findings of the inspection conducted at your facility from September 10 through 20, 1991.
The inspection identifie:d apparent vio1ations of NRC requirements.
The inspection report, No. 50-255/91017, was provide~ to you in our NRC letter dated October 1, 1991.
