General Manager Consumers Power's July 24, 1991 letter transmitted Revision 12 to the Palisades Plant Final Safety Analysis Report.

We have discov~red that two incorrect figures we~e included in that submittal.

In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4 attached are one original and ten copies of the correct figures and a revised List of Effective Pages for those figures.
