SEMI-ANNUAL RADIOACTIVE EFFLUENT RELEASE AND WASTE DISPOSAL REPORT - JANUARY THROUGH JUNE 1991 Attached is the Semi-Annual Radioactive Effluent Release and Waste Disposal report for the Palisades Plant covering the period from January through June 1991. This submittal is made in accordance with 10 CFR 50.36a and Technical Specification 6.9.2.la. As part of our reviews we discovered an error in one of our calculation methods used to obtain data provided in previous Semi-Annual Reports.
The plant design basis discharge flow rather than the actual measured discharge flow was used to calculate off site dose projections from a liquid effluent release pathway. Section eight of this report contains corrections to the previous ten Semi~Annual Reports and describes the changes.
