1990 ANNUAL REPORT OF FACILITY CHANGES, TESTS AND EXPERIMENTS GB Slade General Manager This letter provides the Palisades Plant Annual Report of Changes, Tests and Experiments for calendar year 1990.
This report is submitted in accordance with 10CFR50.59(b)(2).
- Attached is the listing of changes to the facility (Facility Changes, Specification Changes, Temporary Modifications and other documents) processed in 1990.
The listed Safety Evaluations were prepared in support of ongoing design and approval processes; all the listed items, however, have not necessarily been installed and declared operable.
When these changes are completed, they will be included if appropriate as part of a regular FSAR revision.
Changes to procedures are not itemized in this report because of the very.
large number and because most were of little significance.
Safety Evaluations which support procedure changes are available on site for NRC review.
No activities which, in the context of 10CFR50.59, are classified as tests or experiments were completed.
