GB SladQ General Manager TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS CHANGE REQUEST - CONTAINMENT PENETRATIONS DESCRIPTION Enclosed is a request for change to the Palisades Technical Specifications which modifies the descriptions of the steam generator blowdown lines and line sizes.
The change is an administrative change as it only makes editorial revisions affecting the descriptions of the lines.
No Technical Specifications Limiting Conditions for Operation or surveillances have been altered. The blowdown lines will be modified in the upcoming 1990 refueling outage.
Consumers Power Company requests the amendment become effective upon issuance.
