CONTROL ELEMENT ASSEMBLY FAILURES
- on June 25, 1990, a meeting was held with the Combustion Engineering Regulatory Response Group (CERRG) at NRC Headquarters in Rockville Maryland. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss control element assembly (CEA) failure mechanisms, generic implications and resolution regarding the CEA failur~ that was identified at Maine Yankee on June 7, 1990.
