AMENDMENT NO. 10 TO RENEWED MATERIALS LICENSE NO. SNM-2506 FOR THE PRAIRIE ISLAND SITE SPECFIC INDEPENDENT SPENT FUEL STORAGE INSTALLATION
Dear Mr. Davison:
By letter dated December 9, 2015 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML15336A101), the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) provided renewal of Materials License No. 2506 and the Technical Specifications (Appendix A).
A review by Prairie Island personnel found an editorial error in the license and submitted an email, dated February 9, 2016, requesting the NRC staff to make correction of this error (ADAMS Accession No. ML17324B333).
The NRC staff has evaluated this issue and has made the necessary amendment to License Condition 22(a). This license amendment is corrective in nature and does not affect the NRCs prior approval of the license renewal. Enclosed are the corrected Materials License No. 2506 (ML18057A286) and the NRC staffs safety evaluation report (Enclosure 2).
A notice will be published in the Federal Register reflecting this action.
