EMERGENCY PLAN EXERCISE SCENARIO This letter transmits the scenario to be used for the Palisades exercise on May 22, 1990 to those NRC persons who will be acting as evaluators.
Comments on the scenario should be submitted no later than April 27, to allow for modification of the package and controller preparation.
Revised complete packages will be supplied to NRC inspection staff during the exercise entrance meeting.
After completion of the exercise, a copy of the scenario actually used for the exercise will be submitted.
No internal distribution of the scenario will take place prior to the completion of the exercise.
