SAFETY-RELATED PIPING REVERIFICATION PROGRAM - PROJECT PLAN Consumers Power Company letter dated November 21, 1989, made a commitment to provide the details of the safety-related piping reverification program.
This submittal transmits the attached project plan and provides a status of the following topics:
- 1. Project procedures and analytical specifications have been drafted and are available for NRC review.
- 2. A summary of controls in the specifications and procedures are included as Section 4.0 of the attached project plan.
Disposition of the NRC's programmatic concerns as identified in NRC letter dated December 15, 1989 and specific deficiencies are not addressed in this submittal.
These concerns and deficiencies are being reviewed and will be addressed in the response to the January 4, 1990, Inspection Report.
