EMERGENCY PLAN EXERCISE SCENARIO This letter transmits the scenario to be used for the Palisades exercise on July 19, 1989 to those NRC persons who will be acting as evaluators.
Comments on the scenario should be submitted no later than June 30, to allow for modification of the package and controller preparation.
Revised complete packages will be supplied to NRC inspection staff during the exercise entrance meeting.
After completion of the exercise, a copy of scenario actually used for the exercise will *be submitted.
Copies of this letter without attachment have been distributed internally to those Consumers Power Company personnel responsible for implementation of the Site Emergency Plan.
