SECOND TEN YEAR INTERVAL ISI PROGRAM The attached Second Interval Inservice Inspection Program has been deve)oped, reviewed and approved for use at the Palisades Plant and is submitted for NRC review and approval.
This program incorporates all applicable relief requests for this interval and updates the program to the 1983 Edition of Section XI of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, including Addenda through Summer 1983.
Exceptions to this code edition are identified in section 4 of the program.
Pursuant to 10CFR170.12(c) an application fee of $150.00 is remitted with this submittal.
