LOW TEMPERATURE OVERPRESSURE PROTECTION (LTOP)
Consumers Power Company letter dated January 22, 1988 stated that we planned to install variable PORV setpoint control during the 1988 REFOUT.
As previously discussed with the Palisades NRC Project Manager, we were unable to install the variable PORV setpoint control during the 1988 REFOUT due to difficulties in finalizing the design; however, we now plan installation during the first outage of sufficient length after April 1, 1989.
