BI-MONTHLY WORK ORDER STATUS REPORT Consumers Power Company letter dated December 27, 1985 committed *to submitting t~ (
a monthly report during the 1985 Palisades refueling outage and a bi-monthly report thereafter which indicates the total work order backlog, total control room deficiencies, emergent work orders and emergent control room deficien-cies.
By letter dated September 1, 1987, we changed the terms used in the report from Total Work Order Backlog to Corrective Work Order Backlog. It has come to our attention that an error existed in our reporting procedure regarding the number of work orders physically completed and/or awaiting post-op testing.
The numbers given between October 26, 1987 and July 25, 1988, include work orders for Preventive Maintenance.
Since this status report is intended to show the progress on Corrective Work Orders, we have corrected the reported numbers for the months in error so as not to include Preventive Maintenance Work Orders.
This report also provides the Corrective Work Order Backlog and Open Control Room Deficiencies for August 1988 and September, 1988.
Our next.report will cover the months of October and November and will be submitted in December, 1988.
