In accordance with the licensee's application for amendment dated March 25, 1988, as modified by the licensee's submittal dated June 17, 1988, the amendment would. revise the provisions in the Technical Specifications to add additional limitations to plant operation with less than four reactor coolant pumps operating to conform to the analyses for*certain postulated accidents; modify the reactor protection system set points, limiting conditions for operation, and surveillance requirements to reflect the modifications proposed for the reactor protection system; and replace the 1530 psi transient differential limit with a steady state limit of 1380 psi for the steam generator primary to secondary.
There are also editorial changes to delete out-of-date footnotes and modify bases and references to reflect the revised licensing basis analyses.
