RESPONSE TO NRC BULLETIN 88-01:

DEFECTS IN WESTINGHOUSE CIRCUIT BREAKERS The subject NRC Bulletin 88-01 concerns operability of certain Westinghouse DS series, Class lE circuit breakers.

No Westinghouse DS series circuit breakers described in the Bulletin are used in Glass lE applications at the Palisades Plant.

Therefore, in accordance with the Bulletin, no *further action is required.
