1987 Occupational Radiation Exposure The attached table sull1Darizes personnel radiation exposure by job function, workgroup and employer for the year 1987.

The attached table and the method by which it was prepared meet the reporting require~ents of Section 6.9.1.b of the Palisades Plant Technical Specifications.

The exposures were derived from Direct Reading Dosimeter (ORD) data and were then adjusted by a. factor which corrects the ORD exposure so that it is equal to the thermoluminescent dosimeter exposure used in compiling the official radiation exposure record for each individual. This correction is applied to each job function/workgroup/employer category on the attached table.

Special maintenance act1v1t1es for the year 1987 included reracking the Spent Fuel Pool, adding oil to Primary Coolant Pumps during power operation, removing and packaging i r-radiated hardware from the Spent Fuel Pool, and various valve repairs.
