CONTAINMENT LEAKAGE RATE EXEMPTION REQUEST TO USE THE MASS POINT METHOD Consumers Power Company letter dated September 9, 1988, requested an exemption from 10CFR50, Appendix J, III.A.3 - to permit determination of containment leakage rates using the Mass Point" method as described in ANSI/ANS-56.8, 1987.
