GAMMA-METRICS COPYRIGHT DOCUMENTS Consumers Power Company's Technical Specifications Change Request of March 25, 1988, submitted six Gamma-Metrics proprietary documents.
Three of these documents are also copyrighted by Gamma-Metrics.
Due to the copyright exclusion, the NRC Palisades Project Manager has informed us that written permission is required to reproduce copies for NRC internal distribution.
The attached letter, provided to Consumers Power Company, authorized the copying of the Gamma-Metrics proprietary and copyright documents that were included in our March 25, 1988 submittal.
The intent of the authorization, which we have verbally verified with Gamma-Metrics, was to provide sufficient copies to support licensing review by the NRC.
Gamma-Metrics has, further-more, given verbal permission for Consumers Power Company to authorize the NRC to reproduce sufficient copies as necessary for internal NRC distribution.
We trust this letter provides you with the necessary consent you require.
A copy of this letter is being sent to Mr H Gordon Shugars of Gamma-Metrics.
