50-259 50-260 50-296 In accordance with the provision!'l: of iO CFR:Parts 50.59 knd 50.90, we are enclosing 40 copies* of a requested amen'.dment to liceri~e*~ DPR...!33, DPR-52, and DPR-68 to change the technical specifications of Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant units 1, 2, and 3 (enclosure 1).
- The, propose~ specifications add.a provision that, by procedure, limitations on overtime worked by plant staff wHI-be in accordance with NRC policy statement.
Description, justification,, and safety analysis in support of the proposed changes are enclosed (enclosure 2).
A proposed determination of no. significant hazards consideration is provided in enclosure 3.
These proposed specifications are submitted in response to D. B. Vassallo's letter to H. G. Parris dated July 26., 1985.
Enclosed is a check for the $150 amendment fee required by 10 CFR Part 170.12.
