AIR LOCK LEAK TEST - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS CHANGE REQUEST REVISION (TAC No M64992)
Consumers Power Company submitted a Technical Specifications Change Request on March 3, 1982 requesting changes to the containment air lock leak test require-ments.
Change "B" (to 4.5.2c(3)) described in the change request has been identified to us by an NRC reviewer as being unacceptable.
We have reviewed the change and concur with the NRC reviewer.
Accordingly, we ask that change "B" (4.5.2c(3)) be deleted from the change request.
We have concluded that, after the above change is made, the Technical Specifications Change Request will be in compliance with 10CFR50 Appendix J requirements.
