1987 STEAM GENERATOR INSERVICE INSPECTION REPORT The enclosed Steam Generator Inservice Inspection Report is submitted in accordance with Technical Specification 4.14.6.
The inspection began subsequent to a steam generator tube leak which resulted in an orderly plant shutdown on December 4, 1987.
Although referred to as the 1987 report, the examination of the steam generators was completed on January 9, 1988, wfth final procedural acceptance on January 11, 1988.
As described in our letter of January 22, 1988, a total of eighteen steam generator tubes were plugged during the past maintenance and inspection outage.
Two additional tubes, misplugged in 1985, were also plugged.
