The enclosed source documents cited above contain basic reference information essential to the long term licensing responsibilities of PRPB for Palisades and Crystal River. This information is archival in a manner similar to the FSAR and ER of the licensee. Therefore, we request that these documents be entered into the DCS system on microfiche so that they can be cataloged and available to all DCS users.
These reports should be coded as PDR available for the DCS but no further distribution need be made beyond a copy to the PDR and these original hard copies to,Central Files. Because of legibility problems with the microfiche it is essential that one 11hard copy 11 of these documents be continually available on the shelves of the Docket Files for our use in licensing action reviews.
