NRC Inspection Report 87-009 transmitted results of a reactive safeguards inspection conducted at the Palisades Plant April 21 - May 29, 1987.
Three violations were identified in the report and are addressed in the attachment to this letter.
Consumers Power Company requests that the attachment to this letter be withheld from disclosure because it contains subject matter which is exempt from disclosure in accordance with 10CFR73.2l(c).
