LICENSE AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS CHANGE REQUEST -
ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROLS Kenneth W Berry Director Nuclear Licensing Attached are three (3) originals and thirty-seven (37) conformed copies of a request to change the Palisades Provisional Operating License DPR-20 and the Palisades Technical Specifications.
The attached proposal requests deletion of License modifiying Orders dated August 29, 1980, revised September 19, 1980 and Order dated October 24, 1980.
These Orders are obsoleted by the Environmental Qualification Rule 10CFR50.49.
The requested changes to the Technical Specifications are to replace in their entirety the changes submitted January 11, 1985 and amended by letter of March 6, 1985.
A comparison matrix has also been enclosed to provide easy reference to the January 11, 1985 su9mittal.
Also an updated table of contents is enclo~ed, and will be effective with an amendment approving this proposed change.*
A check in the amount of $150.00 was submitted January 11, 1985.
