COMPLETION OF VENDOR MANUAL PAGE CHECK - RESPONSE TO GENERIC LETTER 83-28 ISSUES 2.1 AND 2.2 Consumers Power Company letter of July 26, 1985 discussed implementation of a program for ensuring that vendor information files are complete, current and**
controlled.
In part, the program we committed to, included conducting a page check between vendor manuals located on-site and their duplicate off-site manuals.
This extensive effort, conducted on a total of 1,934 vendor manuals, is now complete.
The results of the effort are that manuals have been corrected as necessary and the vendor manuals are complete and current to the best of our knowledge.
The control of these manuals is being administratively controlled via procedure No. 10.45 which was attached to our letter of May 15, 1985.
The completion of this vendor manual page check also completes all actions with respect to issues 2.1 and 2~2*of Generic Letter 83-28.
