RESPONSE TO IE BULLETIN 86-02, STATIC "O" RING DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SWITCHES Kenneth W Berry Director Nuclear Licensing Inspection and Enforcement Bulletin 86-02 dated July 18, 1986 requires Consumers Power Company to submit a report within seven days on the extent to which SOR Incorporated Model 102 or 103 differential pressure switches are installed (or planned) as electrical equipment important to safety, as defined in 10CFR50.49(b).
Palisades does not utilize model 102 or model 103 differential pressure switches and therefore the requirements of the bulletin are not applicable to the Palisades Plant.
