TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE REQUEST - DELEGATION OF PROCEDURE APPROVAL AUTHORITY Attached are three. (3) originals and thirty-seven (37) conformed copies of a request for change to the Palisades Technical Specifications.
The requested change allows delegation of the Plant Manager's procedure approval authority by the Plant Manager, to appropriate members of the plant management.
The change was committed to in Consumers Power Company letter of August 5, 1985 which provided our iriterpretation of Technical Specification 6.8.
We stated that delegation of procedure approval authority appears to be permissible under the present Technical Specification, however we are providing this change request to provide clarification in the Technical Specifications.
A check in the amount of $150.00 is enclosed as required by 10CFR170.21.
