TMI ACTION PLAN ITEM II.D.l - PERFORMANCE TESTING OF RELIEF AND SAFETY VALVES - DELAY IN RESPONDING TO REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This letter is to confirm record of the September 30, 1985 concurrence reached between NRC and Consumers Power Company staff that Consumers Power Company, before the end of 1985, will supply additional information concerning TMI Action Plan Item II.D.l - Performance Testing of Relief and Safety Valves.

The additional information was requested by the NRC letter on that subject dated August 6, 1985, and instructed Consumers Power to respond within 60 days of receipt of that letter.
