PROPOSED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE REQUEST -
PRIMARY COOLANT SYSTEM LEAKAGE LIMIT Attached are three (3) originals and thirty-seven (37) conformed copies of a Request for Change to the Palisades Technical Specifications.
The attached proposed change to the Palisades Technical Specifications provides clarifications and deletions to existing Technical Specification 3.15.
The proposed changes are consistent with Standard Technical Specifications in that a time period is provided to evaluate and identify the leakage.
The intent of the change is to reduce unnecessary reporting requirements since the existing generic limiting condition for operation requires formal USNRC reporting wi.thin 1 hours1.157407e-5 days <br />2.777778e-4 hours <br />1.653439e-6 weeks <br />3.805e-7 months <br />.
The change does not impact existing hot shutdown or cold.
