ENVIRONMENTAL QUALIFICATION OF EQUIPMENT IMPORTANT TO SAFETY - ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Consumers Power Company submittal dated October 5, 1984 requested an extension from March 31, 1985 to at the latest, November 30, 1985, to start the outage in which installation of all remaining EQ related equipment will be made.
One of the supporting reasons for requesting this extension was that the present Justification for Continued Operation (JCOs) for the equipment being replaced have been reviewed and found acceptable until replacement.
The purpose of this submittal is to identify where these previously submitted JCOs can be found.
The JCOs presented in Attachment 2 (page 1-4) to Consumers Power*
Company submittal dated June 15, 1985 cover the remaining EQ equipment that will be installed in an outage that will start no later than November 30, 1985.
These JCOs are numbered as follows:
J48 LT-3 J48 LT-4 J48 LT-5 J48 P05-16 J48 P05-19 J48 PT-1 J48 PT-5 J48 RE-1 J48 TE-1 The JCO number J-48 TS-1 on page 4 is not applicable* since the thermostats ideptifed by this JCO will be installed by March 31, 1985.
